"Dr. Smart-Wiley’s passion for dentistry first sparked at the age of four when a loose baby tooth sent her to the dentist. The visit was filled with kindness and caring professionals that made an impression upon Dr. Smart-Wiley. It is my mission to provide that same experience to each patient in transforming the way dentistry is perceived and treating each patient like family.”
